What is a trustee?

The role of the trustee is to be part of a legislative body, not to make unilateral decisions.

In other words, the Board must take up Village issues and create policies to address these concerns while considering all perspectives. This involves listening to community members on all sides of an issue and making informed decisions based on this input. The role of the Trustee is best served when the Trustee is committed to this vision and purposeful in how (s)he engages with community members.

To this end, I will hold regularly scheduled listening sessions to bring the community’s agenda to the board. The purpose of the Board is to operate as a unit in the best interest of the Village. I will achieve this through my commitment to community and honest communication.

    We live in a beautiful nook of the Greater Milwaukee Area. Let’s celebrate our neighborhoods with more opportunities for community events. If elected, I will commit to finding fun and innovative ways for us to congregate.
